Here at the Homeshire, we raise family friendly milk goats and their sweet companions. We keep a few bucks on the land with different strong genetics to bring out the best for each of our does. The whole family helps raise these kids and they are lovingly handled all day by our homeschooling family. Some of our does will come registered with papers for breeding and milk testing for those who are looking to add to their ADGA herd and some are not registered and, therefore, more affordable for family milking. MEET OUR DAIRY GOAT HERD
Bonnie Bluebell
Bonnie was our first dairy goat and started us on this milking journey. She is five years old and gave us twin blue eyed, polled doelings in 2022: Alice & Ada.
Burrowshire Fawn Fortuna Major
Fawn is ADGA registered and the first to carry our herd name. Dam is Maple and sire is Gandalf. We're so excited to see where her amazing genetics takes our herd :)
Burrowshire Flopsey
Flopsey and Mopsey are our polled doelings from Missy and Merlin.
Tilly
Tilly is a fantastic 2 year old mama and raised twin bucklings for her first freshening in 2022. She is an angel to milk and loves kids. Her twin sister is Toffee and they should be registered but the breeder from Weston, ID stopped communications before registration went through.
WCS Goats Magnificent Merlin
Merlin is our polled herdsire from Tiptoe Acres and Hyer Haven. He sired 10 kids in 2022, 9 of which had his polled genetics.
Daisy Giraffe
Daisy is our first Nubian and newest addition to the homestead.
AGS Maple Arc Unique
*Missy* is ADGA & AGS registered with Creamery Creek milky lines. She is dam to Flopsy and Mopsy who both have her frosty ears and their sire's polled genetics.
Alice & Ada
Alice and Ada are our newest doelings. They are both blue eyed and polled. Dam is Bonnie and sire is Merlin. These two are beautiful does that we can't wait to watch them grow!

Flopsey and Mopsey are our polled doelings from Missy and Merlin.
Toffee
Toffee is twin sister to Tilly and expecting her first kids July 2022.
Whistlemire Gandalf
Gandalf is our herdsire with superior genetics from his granddam of Springwater and line of Grand Champions, +B* elite bucks and 5*M does.
